Hello

The only difference between PDF Reducer "single desktop license" and "server license" is "the operating system for which ORPALIS PDF Reducer was designed" (See our EULA here: http://www.orpalis.com/products/pdfreducer/eula/ )
PDF Reducer single desktop license is made for one user on a single computer, whereas PDF Reducer server license has to be installed on a server and for multiple users.
Actually, the best way is to try PDF Reducer for free for 30 days.
Only the Free edition is available for a Trial, even if it does not include Command line interface and Multi-threading support: http://www.orpalis.com/products/pdfredu ... r-free.php

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions or need more information.

Best regards,

Lisa - Orpalis Team
