Same result.
Even tried Run as Administrator

Goes to Installshield wizard. Get "Error 1305. error reading from file C:\Users\.......\Paperscan Free Edition.MSI. Make sure the file exists and that you can access it". I go to the folder cited and the file is there. I can even run the .MSI file from that location and get the same error ...
