Re: Scanner HP ScanJet 4300C and PaperScan
You won't be able to use PaperScan until your scanner has proper TWAIN drivers installed and this model is unfortunately on the not supported scanners list. Re: free edition
No we don't. It's old and discontinued hardware and because of the price of this equipment, the specific FireWire interface card and the fact that it is almost impossible to find nowadays, we won't be able to find out why it is not working.

Re: free edition
It's most probably because of the upgrading software itself rather than the firmware, having the most up to date software is very important anyway, especially with old hardware that has not been designed for the operating system it now used on. Certain features or capabilities may not work as expect...

Re: free edition
Hello, It's a rather old hardware, you should first check that you're having the latest firmware installed on it (you can get it here ) as well as the latest drivers available on the workstation. Once done, could you please try to change the Data Source Manager version and see how it behaves? You ca...

Re: Install/Setup Issue
Hello Sam, This is not the latest, we published 1.8.6 on 30th of April, you should try this one. In addition, as this device is rather old, you should download and install the latest drivers for it from Canon website here: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/imagecl...
