Re: Aquire Image - Can't use flatbed
Hi, It seems that the driver is reporting wrong information about what acquisition source is supported. To avoid that you can try to force PaperScan to bypass the automatic feature detection. To do that you can go to Options > Extras... and on the TWAIN options tab, check the Disable Capabilities De...

Re: Paperscan locks up at 20% on data transfer
We did not test PaperScan software on Windows Server 2012 family because it's not really meant to be used on this kind of system and I'm afraid that's the cause of this issue. Is there any chance you could test on another machine running another Windows version (such as 7 or 8) to check if the probl...

Re: Transferring Page stops at 20%
Hi Jeremy,
Could you please give us more information about your hardware ? Scanner device, 32 or 64bit environment, etc...

Re: Single page pdf into multi page pdf
Yes of course, just scan your pages 10 by 10, save them in 10 different pdf, then you import your 10 different pdf in PaperScan (with the import function) and save the whole thing into one single pdf.

Re: Single page pdf into multi page pdf
There WAS a way to get a free license but it's over for quite some time now. That said we have something running for the whole 2013 year, on our Facebook page, each week there's a Home Edition license to win, you should participate! The Home Edition doesn't have the 10 pages per document limit so yo...

Re: Single page pdf into multi page pdf
Hello! Well, it depends on the edition you have, if you're talking about the Free Edition you won't be able to produce a single multipage pdf from the multiple 10-pages pdf you acquired in batch mode because Free Edition is limited to 10 pages par document (acquired or imported). You should consider...
