I have installed the trial version of paperscan pro, now I have registered the product and it's work fine, but if I change my user windows account the program is unregistered too. How can I fix this problem?

Hello Ivan

PaperScan doesn't need administrator rights to work flawlessly.
You can use it on different windows accounts as far as it is the same computer.
However, if your own settings block the use of PaperScan, I suggest that you check your antivirus and/or firewall and add some exception rules.
You can also try a right-click on PaperScan and select "Run as administrator".

Note that you don't need to register a Trial or Free edition (except for evaluation key), only a commercial edition.

Did you change your Email also? If you did change your Email then obviously problem will be created. I think your Activation link sent to your spam folder. so check your spam folder. If still any issue related to Email you can contact Rediffmail Customer Service for all type of issue related to Email.
