Hi

I have a Canon DR-2080C (USB connection), working well with Nuance PDF Converter on the same PC .
With Paperscan, the source can be selected ("Canon DR-2080C TWAIN")
then selected device proposed is "Canon DR-2080C on STI - 0000"
When I select it, i have an error message telling (in french so I cannot give the exact wording):
Impossible to lock the device. Verify that no other application is using the device

And there is no other application running on th PC.

What can I do ?

Hello,

You should check that you have installed latest TWAIN driver of the scanner.
If the problem persists, you can try to use another Data Source Manager as explained on this thread: twain-acquisition-issues-t214.html

1. It's the latest driver (and it works on the same computer with two other softwares).
2. I tried all the other Data Source Manager availabkles
What else can I Do ?
