Error 801

Hi using Paperscan Pro V 1.3.6.2..... on Win 7 (64)... scanning all working fine..... go to save as PDF in one file... Error 801 appears.... when I look back in the saved PDF only the first page has been saved?
Any Ideas as to why?

Hi,

This error means the OCR engine was not able to access the dictionary file.

You can try to uninstall / reinstall the application to ensure yourself to have this file properly installed.

If the problem persists, please let me know exact steps to reproduce the problem.

This error have been fixed in the 1.3.6.3 version.
