Since I cannot get PaperPort 14.5 to work on my PC I decided to give PaperScan a try.

My issue is with scanning from the scanner itself. I configured OneTouch to open PaperScan (like it worked with PaperPort), but when it opens after I push the button on the scanner, I get nothing in the app. I have to use the Acquire button in PaperScan, and then the images will show.


Is there a way around this?

Hi Timb,

There is no way around this as you will need to use our interface in order to start the scanning process. Clicking control buttons on your scanner will not work.
