Hello,

Can you please send us a screenshot with the error message you get when you try to scan several pages?

Thank you,

Thank you for your reply. I don't get any error messages. I am trying to scan three pages, but only one shows on my screen?

Before anything else, please check that you're using our latest version, because it includes bug fixes. We're currently under version 1.8.0.8.
http://www.orpalis.com/products/paperscan/history/

To update to the latest version, you need to desinstall the previous one and install the new one.

Then you will need to specify the model of the scanner you're using. If you know with which protocol you're scanning (TWAIN or WIA) you can also mention it. Finally tell us if you're using the flatbed of your scanner or the document feeder.

We need these informations to reproduce the problem from our side.

Elodie

I double checked and I am on that version. Specified the correct scanner. I am using document feeder. I did uninstall and reinstalled the version to see if that helped, but I had no luck?

I'm sorry but I don't see the model of your scanner anywhere on this post. Do you know if you're using TWAIN or WIA?

Hello,

It's a rather old hardware, you should first check that you're having the latest firmware installed on it (you can get it here) as well as the latest drivers available on the workstation.
Once done, could you please try to change the Data Source Manager version and see how it behaves? You can do so in the Options > Extra... menu, then switch from TWAIN 2.2 to TWAIN 1.9.

Does not look like I should download the firmware;

NOTE: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL AN i600 FIRMWARE UPDATE FROM A WINDOWS 7 HOST PC.

If the computer that is connected to the KODAK i600 Scanner is using any version of the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system and you need to install any version of Kodak firmware into the scanner then please contact Kodak Support for assistance. For more information on this topic please read the firmware release notes below.
