Remove punchholes

Hello, I have loaded a few differect PDF doctuments into my (Pro PaperScan Scanner Software) I pruchaed for $150.00. I have clicked the on (on left and right sides) and nothing happens? does anyone know of a youtube video that will help? this software seems amazing but then it does not work. Please someone help me. Ive called the company and in France everyone is sleeping :)

YOUR PROCESSOR IS IN (REDWOOD CITY, CA) and you guys cant even provide tech support in the USA. welcome to the new world order lol
